Creating your own protein pudding at home is a simple and nutritious way to satisfy your sweet tooth while boosting your protein intake. To start, you'll need a few basic ingredients*:

Delicious Protein Pudding
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 ripe banana
1-2 scoops protein powder
*Almond milk (or your choice of milk or water) ⚠️
Toppings of your choice, this recipe uses:
Milled chia seeds
Edible mixed seeds
*Walnuts (deshelled) ⚠️
Desiccated coconut
Blueberries

Method
Add the ripe banana to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork
Add a measure (e.g., 1-2 scoops depending on package instructions) of your preferred protein powder to the bowl
Using a hand blender, mix the banana and protein powder together
Then add almond milk (or your choice of milk or water) to the mixture to your desired consistency
Empty into a serving bowl
Sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the milled chia seeds, mixed seeds
Crush the walnuts (or leave whole if you prefer) and sprinkle on top
Sprinkle on a pinch of desiccated coconut
Add a portion (use the inner part of the palm of your hand for guidance) of blueberries
Serve straight away or refrigerate overnight for a tasty breakfast
